White Linen Cocktail

Ingredients:

3 slices cucumber
1 ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce elderflower liqueur
1½ ounce gin
2 ounces seltzer
1 cucumber ribbon*
1 lemon slice*

Instructions:

1. Add the cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add in the lemon juice and simple syrup.
3. Use a muddler to mash up the cucumbers.
4. Add in the elderflower liqueur and gin.
5. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
6. Seal it up and shake 15-20 times.
7. Add ice and the lemon slice to your cocktail serving glass.
8. Strain the drink into your glass.
9. Top it off with the seltzer water.
10. Add the cucumber garnish to the top, and serve.
