Logistics and Customer Service Specialist - Part Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in website management (Shopify and Faire) 
  • Opportunity to participate in local sales markets. This includes a range of show sizes from small pop-up markets to large-scale events. 
  • Assist with order fulfillment. This includes pulling product, packaging, quality control, and shipment
  • Assist in tracking and planning for product inventory
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Assist with generating ideas for product distribution structure. This includes packaging, shipping methods, product display for fulfillment, and order fulfillment process

Preferred Requirements

  • Intuitive with social media and technology as a whole
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills 
  • Manages multiple projects effectively

  • Job Type: Part-Time Internship (20 hours per week) 
  • Compensation: $15/hour
