How do I checkout?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart and simply follow the steps to continue through the checkout process. Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be marked "sold out." Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products because they rock. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, please Contact Us!! We will make every effort to get it to you ASAP!
Do you have an actual physical store?
No, I wish we did…but until then we’ll have to make this relationship last over the internet.
Which Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and bartering. Just kidding. Just the major credit cards, Visa, Discover, American Express and Master Card.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do! Please request gift wrapping in the "notes section" upon check out. If you would like for us to add a personal handwritten note with the package, please also include the verbiage in the "notes section" as well.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed business days before 5 PM CST will ship USPS Priority Mail the next business day pending availability and credit verification and should arrive in 1-5 business days. All orders placed after 5 PM CST will ship the following business day. We will contact you with a follow-up email if there are any issues with the merchandise you have selected or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just aren't as you thought. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with any other item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of the date you received the item(s). Returns delivered after 10 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered back to Sunshine Tienda unused and with original packing. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
