SHIPPING, EXCHANGES + RETURNS POLICY

When will my order ship? 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared to be shipped out. Once with the carrier shipping time is based on your location. Standard shipping is 3-4 business days. Express orders will be processed the same business day if placed before 12PM CST or the next business day if placed after this time. Once processed express shipments will arrive in 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as we had hoped. If for any reason that occurs we will accept returns and exchanges on full-priced hats and apparel items in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 15 days of receipt.* Exchanges only, however, for jewelry within 15 days of receipt.

In order to return or exchange a product you must submit a request on our returns page HERE. Returned goods must be delivered back to Sunshine Tienda unused with the original packing slip and in the original or similar packaging. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow us up to 1 full business day for your return to be processed. Returns sent lacking approval will be mailed back to you or charged a restocking fee of 25%. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

*PLEASE NOTE: A $12.00 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. If the return is approved within a week or less of receipt of the product, no restocking fee will be deducted. Returns must be requested within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). Returns requested after 15 days of receipt will incur a 25% restocking fee.

How do damages and repairs work?

Please reach out to help@sunshinetienda.com for any item arriving damaged or needing repairs. Our team will follow up to initiate the repair process and provide next steps.
