What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just aren't as you thought. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with any other item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges.
Returns must be delivered to us at the address above within 10 days of the date you received the item(s). Returns delivered after 10 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered back to Sunshine Tienda unused and with original packing. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. To make a return, email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization. Please include your first and last name, order number and item(s) you wish to return.
