How do I start a Return or Exchange request?

What is your return policy and how do returns and exchanges work?

While we hope you love your purchase we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as we had hoped. 

If for any reason that occurs, we offer unlimited free returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date of the package to you (as indicated by the carrier's tracking) when you purchase our Free Returns & Package Protection with Redo at checkout. ***Holiday Returns & Exchanges: Shop with peace of mind! Purchases made from November 24th to January 1st can be returned or exchanged through January 15th.

You will be able to submit a return request for exchange, store credit or refund and you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label through our returns portal HERE Returned goods must be delivered back to Sunshine Tienda in their original condition, unworn and unused with the original packing slip and in the original or similar packaging.

Returns or exchanges requested after 15 days of delivery date of the package to you as indicated by the carrier's tracking will incur a 15% restocking fee.

We are unable to issue a refund until we have received and processed the item(s) in our office. Please allow us up to 2 full business days for your return to be processed once received. Returns sent without approval may be mailed back to you or charged a restocking fee of 25%. 

If you elect to exchange your item for a more expensive item, you will be charged for the extra cost. If you elect to exchange your item for a less expensive item, you will be issued store credit for the difference.

What if I didn't purchase Free Returns & Package Protection with Redo at checkout?

If you did not purchase Free Returns & Package Protection with Redo at checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label cost which may be deducted from your eventual return or exchange credit if we provide the return label for you. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. 

When will my order ship and how do I track my package?

To track your package, please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared to be shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped which will include your tracking number. Once your package is with the carrier, shipping time is based on your location, however, standard shipping is 3-4 business days.

When will I receive my express order?

Express orders are processed the same business day if placed before 12pm Central or the next business day if placed after that time and should arrive in 1-2 business days.

Can I upgrade to express shipping?

If you'd like to change your shipping method to express email us at help@sunshinetienda.com and be sure to include your Order Number. Express order requests are prioritized so be sure to add "Upgrade to Express" in the subject of your email. Please note that there may be an extra charge for express shipping. We'll get back with you very soon.

My item was a Final Sale item, can I return or exchange it?

No, unfortunately all OVER 60% OFF - FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

What if my item arrived damaged or I received the wrong product? 

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, go to our return portal HERE and initiate the request for a return. You'll be asked to include a picture of the affected item and we'll review once submitted. When we approve the return, we'll send you a shipping label to send it back to us.
