SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared to be shipped out. Once with the carrier shipping time is based on your location. Standard shipping is 3-4 business days. Expedited orders are processed the same business day or next business day and ship in 1-2 business days


What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just aren't as you thought. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry. We only accept returns or exchanges on hats, visors, and apparel.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of these items you may return it to us for exchange or a refund, less the applicable restocking fee*, by submitting a request on our returns page HERE.

*PLEASE NOTE: A $12.00 return postage fee along with any other original shipping fees will be subtracted from the refund of the returned product. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). Returns delivered after 15 days will incur a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price.

Returned goods must be delivered back to Sunshine Tienda unused and with the original packing. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

All returns must be approved via a request submission on our Returns page HERE. Returns lacking approval will be mailed back to you or charged a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How do returns and exchanges work?

Please submit a request via our Returns page HERE. All requests must be approved. NOTE: Exchanges are accepted only on hats and apparel for a different size/style. For hat exchanges, please include your head measurements if possible. Exchanging for another style, email help@sunshinetienda.com. There are no exchanges for jewelry.


How do damages and repairs work?

Please reach out to help@sunshinetienda.com for any item arriving damaged or needs repaired. Our team will follow up initiate the repair process and provide next steps.
