Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our women’s resortwear brand. This multi-faceted role bridges the gap between our digital storefront, wholesale channels, brick-and-mortar retail, and warehouse logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses sharp problem-solving skills, and can seamlessly manage everything from Shopify support to physical warehouse coordination and team scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Wholesale Fulfillment Management

  • Order Processing: Manage and execute order printing and fulfillment workflows across all channels, including DTC Retail, Boutique Wholesale, Faire, Dropship, Influencer gifting, replacement/return orders and backorder coordination 

2. Warehouse Liaison & Inventory Control

  • Inventory Auditing: Act as the primary point of contact for the fulfillment and customer service teams to audit stock accuracy and swiftly resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Logistics Coordination: Serve as the main warehouse POC for major inbound product deliveries.

  • Brick-and-Mortar Restocks: Assist as needed with inventory transfers to ensure physical storefronts are consistently and accurately restocked.

  • Capacity Support: Source, hire, and onboard temporary/special support staff to assist during heavy product receiving periods.

  • Warehouse layout optimization: Ensure shelving is optimized for incoming inventory.

3. Customer Service & Administrative Support

  • Omnichannel Support: Provide high-quality customer service support for both retail (DTC) and wholesale (B2B) clients, resolving order issues, tracking updates, and return requests.

  • Supply Chain Admin: Monitor, manage, and order all necessary shipping, packaging and office supplies to prevent operational bottlenecks, including: machine rentals, staff, equipment, supplies, etc.

  • Team Scheduling: Manage and optimize the internal operational team schedule to ensure proper coverage during peak periods.

  • Fulfillment & Customer Service: Assist as needed and first point of contact

  • Special Projects: Assist leadership with special operational projects and seasonal initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or inventory management (apparel/fashion industry experience is highly preferred).

  • Inventory Knowledge: Proven experience working with warehouse teams or 3PLs, conducting inventory audits, and managing stock counts.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-growing, multi-channel retail environment.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-department collaboration and B2B/B2C customer service.
